Thick, black smoke was seen coming from a shed fire in Chula Vista on Friday afternoon, fire officials said.
Residents reported seeing the plume of smoke in the 800 block of Woodlawn Avenue just before 2:30 p.m. Firefighters arrived and began attacking the blaze.
The fire was coming from a shed behind a home and was quickly contained. No injuries were reported.
