An unhappy customer tried shooting her barber after getting a haircut, San Diego Police said.
The incident happened Wednesday at a North Park barber shop on the 3900 block of 30th Street, police said. Adrian Blanche Swain, 29, went to get her hair cut at approximately 9:30 a.m.
Swain left and later returned at 12:20 p.m. to complain about her haircut, police said.
Disgruntled, she pulled out a gun and tried firing it at the barber three times, police said. The gun had bullets, but malfunctioned.
The barber and another person took Swain down and held her on the ground until police arrived. When police arrived, they took her into custody.
SDPD’s Mid City Division is investigating.
